- Your website is contacted only when a shopper presses Compare.
- Recent results are reused
- A price looked up recently is shown again, with the time it was checked, instead of asking your store a second time.
- One request at a time
- Requests are made one at a time, with pauses between them.
- A fixed hourly limit
- Requests to your store are capped each hour, however many shoppers are using DewyCart.
- Your rules are followed
- Your robots.txt is respected, and your store can be switched off at any time.
- It backs off
- If your site asks for a slower pace, DewyCart waits. If it is blocked or asked to stop, it stops and does not look for a way round.

- Requests are labelled DewyCart, with its website and a contact email.
